Reservationist and Customer Service Representative (Full Time)
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and customer service, with the ability to create exceptional experiences for our guests. This role involves engaging with customers, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly and assisting them with their inquiries.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while maintaining accurate records.
- Handle guest relations effectively, ensuring all concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
- Operate multi-line phone systems to manage incoming calls and provide information to guests.
- Support the team in achieving high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality management is preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
- Strong phone etiquette and experience handling multi-line phone systems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required.
Schedule:
- Wednesday through Saturday (9:00am - 6:30pm) - year round
- Sundays and special holiday events like Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve (9:00am - 5:30pm) - year round
- New Year's Eve (9:00am - 8:00pm)

Murder Mystery Dinner Train Servers (waitstaff) - Part Time
Looking to make a great hourly wages and fantastic tips? We are seeking servers for our year-round restaurant. Wednesday through Sunday 4PM to 11PM, plus additional days during the holiday season. Must be able to work on a moving train while carrying banquet style trays and bar drink trays. Prior experience in fine dining and a "can-do" friendly attitude are desired traits.Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Carry at least 25 pounds unaided on a moving train.
- Comfortable with speaking to the public.
- Be well groomed.
- Wednesday through Saturday evenings (4:00pm - 11:00pm) - year round
- Sunday evenings and special holiday events like Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve (3:30pm - 10:00pm) - year round
- New Year's Eve (6:00pm - 2:00am)
